Nikolas is also an active participant in track & field competitions, held by both the USA Track & Field (USATF) Junior Olympics and the American Athletic Union (AAU). He has achieved medals in numerous events including 1500m run, shot-put, and high jump. In 2011, Nikolas also began to compete in race walking. Immediately loving and excelling at the sport, he is now a four-time All American National Champion in Race Walking and held the 2013 fastest time in the United States in the 9-10 age group!

Nikolas's idea to run a marathon on each of the seven continents was born of conversations and discoveries about marathon running and the different types of climates around the world.  This fascinated him and he declared his desire to complete "Seven on Seven."   He completed his  first marathon in Delaware on December 1, 2012! And since then, he has completed marathons on Antarctica (White Continent Marathon), Austrailia (Brisbane Marathon), South America ( Punta Arenas Marathon), Africa (Victoria Falls Marathon), Europe (Swissalpine Marathon) and Asia (Kazbegi Marathon, Georgia). Based on available records, Nikolas is the youngest person to ever complete a marathon on each continent and Antarctica! He is currently a member of The Official Seven Continents Marathon Club, the  Seven Continents Club, Marathon Maniacs, and Half Fanatics!
