After completing three long-distance runs—15 miles on Saturday, 20 miles last Sunday, and 18 miles the Sunday beforeNikolas feels really prepared and excited for the marathon! We are counting down: 18 days!

Today is a busy day: first, USATF Cross Country Mid-Atlantic Championships, and in the afternoon, off to Trail Creek Outfitters to promote Running the World for Children and Operation Warm. Today is TCO's huge, fun, biannual Craze sale event. We are also hoping to raise funds for children suffering from Hurricane Sandy. Nikolas helped to create the flyer. Come out to support him if you can!
